The main causes of capsule damage are aging and soft holes. Falls, bursts and damage, etc. In this paper, the causes of the above damage are analyzed in detail and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
1 Aging
After about 500 times of use, although there is no appearance defect, due to excessive shrinkage during use, the thickness becomes smaller, resulting in difficulty in shaping, and the vulcanized tire is easy to produce internal convex and other appearance defects. This situation belongs to the normal loss.
2 soft holes
The main causes of soft holes are: the oxygen content in the deoxygenation tank is too high; The setting pressure is too high, and the capsule is partially thinned due to excessive expansion, resulting in soft holes in the capsule. The capsule does not match the vulcanized tire blank. The capsule clamp ring has no chamfer, and the inner wall of the capsule is easy to rub against the clamp ring during the setting process, thus causing the capsule to become thinner and thinner, the thin position of the capsule is prone to soft cavities during use.
Solution:
(I) in order to solve the problem of poor deaerating effect of deaerator, adjust the effluent flow of the makeup pump to dredge the deaerating head_sJ,~ L of the upper sprayer; Clean the pauer ring in the deaerating tank, dredge the non-condensable gas emptying pipeline of the deaerating head, open the valve by 1/3 turn, and automatically control the pressure, temperature and liquid level;
(2) Select the appropriate setting pressure: usually the setting pressure of the primary valve is controlled at 0.14 ~-0.16MPa, the setting pressure of the secondary valve is controlled at 0.18~0.22MPa, the upper limit value is taken for the pressure of the new replacement capsule, and the lower limit value is taken after 50 times of use;
(3) Select a suitable matching capsule. The capsule is too small, resulting in excessive expansion and affecting the service life; if the capsule is too large, it is easy to cause defects such as internal protrusion of the vulcanized outer tire;
