Method of use
1. According to the on-site situation, the SBC-7086 can be used with water. Just mix it with tap water according to 1:0.5~1:2 and stir it evenly. It is recommended to use it now.
2. Before the first use of the new capsule, the isolation agent can be used for pre-coating, and the pre-coating can be carried out before and after the capsule is installed. The coating method can be carried out by brushing, dipping and spraying. When coating, the capsule should be kept open as much as possible so that the isolating agent can evenly cover the surface of the capsule. After coating, it can be dried at room temperature for not less than 6 hours or more than 20 minutes in the mold environment above 65 ℃; the higher the temperature, the shorter the temperature required.
3. After the pre-coating and before the formal vulcanization starts, it is recommended to coat the isolating agent again and let the capsule shrink/expand 2~3 times to make the isolating agent fully cover the surface of the capsule and accelerate the evaporation of water to prevent the presence of water. After the moisture on the surface of the capsule evaporates, it can be molded and vulcanized. The new capsule is used three times before, and it is recommended to coat the isolating agent once each time, so that it can quickly form a protective film on the surface of the capsule to extend the service life of the capsule.
4, follow-up vulcanization according to the actual situation of brush isolation agent, and let the capsule shrink/expand 2~3 times, after the moisture on the surface of the capsule evaporates, then mold vulcanization.
5, the capsule before use 300 times, each class only need to brush 1~2 times isolation agent, 300 times depending on the aging of the capsule, can be appropriately increased brushing times.
Note: The isolation agent should be applied evenly and appropriately, and there should be no missing areas, so as not to affect the isolation effect.
