Vulcanization bladder (curing bladder), is a hollow thin-walled rubber products tire vulcanizer, used to fill the inner cavity of the tire blank to be vulcanized and then into the heating medium, with the vulcanizer for shaping and vulcanization operations.
The type of vulcanizing capsule depends on the structure of the vulcanizing machine. The capsules used in various curing machines are mainly divided into type A. There are three types of B- type and AB-type, of which A- type capsules are divided into barrel-shaped capsules for bias tires and orange-shaped capsules for radial tires.
